How Returns Work

If your return is approved, please note return sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make things right.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
