Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 7:00am on the same business day. However, there may be instances where same-day dispatch is not possible. Reasons for this may include:

• Your order was placed after 7:00am (it will be dispatched the next business day)
• Your order was placed on a weekend or public holiday (it will be dispatched the next business day)
• An item in your order is not yet available (e.g., awaiting roasting)
• Courier delays or service unavailability

If we are unable to fulfil your order as expected, we will contact you to arrange an alternative item or provide a refund.

Please note that Cabbage Tree Coffee is not responsible for delays beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. We are not liable for any delays due to customs clearance or other external factors.
